Oilers Fall to Walsh in Final Home Game

Findlay, Ohio – The University of Findlay women's volleyball team was defeated by Walsh University on Saturday, November 9 in three sets, (19-25, 23-25, 22-25). The loss now drops the Oilers record to 7-19 on the season, and 4-6 in G-MAC games. Walsh improved to 17-7, and is now 10-1 in G-MAC play.

Shelby Kin blasted a team-high 17 kills on a .400 hitting percentage. Kin also had 10 digs in the match.

Rylie Pattison added eight kills of her own on a .304 hitting percentage.

Abigail Schroeder and Emily Annesser both dished out 16 assists apiece to lead the Oilers. Schroeder added nine digs, while Annesser had seven digs.

Olivia Morrison and Alana Sundermann each had 10 digs apiece to help the Oilers defensively.

The Oilers next match will take place on Friday, November 15 at Ursuline. The match is set to start at 7:00 PM.
