Kenosha, Wisconsin – The University of Findlay men's and women's cross-country teams opened up the 2022 fall campaign with a trip west to Kenosha, Wisconsin on Friday, Sep. 2 to run in the Vic Godfrey Open hosted by the University of Wisconsin Parkside. Quotes from the Coach

"Both groups competed really well and I was very pleased with how we performed", said head coach, Eric Wymer. "The main reason we made the trip was to preview the regional course. We had a few athletes sitting out on both sides but I'm proud of the way the rest of the group stepped up. I was really impressed with the women's group who have matured a lot since last year. They executed the race plan perfectly and I'm excited to see what they can do the rest of this season. Our men executed well and learned a lot and we know what we have to do going forward to move this in the right direction"
