Findlay has Record Setting Day in North Carolina

Raleigh, NC- The University of Findlay Men's and Women's track team headed to North Carolina to compete in the Raleigh Relays in the Paul Derr Track and Field Facility on Thursday Mar 24th.  

Results

For the Men, junior Nick DeHaven finished the Men's 1500 in 3:53.53, just over a second off of the current school record, earning him 141st place in the event. 

For the Women's team, graduate student Hannah Thompson set a new school record in the 10K posting a time of 34:28.05. This time was good enough to earn her 28th place in the event. Sophomore Gabrielle Lawrence took 68th in the 10K as well, finishing with a time of 35:52.18. Both of these finishes met the NCAA provisional mark.
