Ashland, Ohio - The University of Findlay men and women's indoor track and field teams were both crowned Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) champions on Feb. 25 after taking first place at the league championship. The men dominated the competition as they racked up 182 points, 70 more than second place Tiffin University, while the women scored 161.5 points, 33.5 points better than Hillsdale College who finished as the runner-up. Quote from Coach Jared Krout

I'm very proud of how our team competed this weekend. We brought a lot of energy from the very beginning of meet, and I think that really propelled us to some great performances. It's a lot of fun to watch athletes that have been putting in so much work all year, come out and make the most of the opportunity when it counts most. I am looking forward to seeing how many athletes we get into the national meet and hope to take a good group to represent Findlay.
