2021-22- Earned first team all-conference during the indoor season... Finished in first in both the 400m and 4x400 at the G-MAC Indoor Championship... Finished first in the Flag City Open in the 400m...Named Division II All-Academic Team by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

2020-21 - Earned All-American honors during the indoor season in the 400-meter dash...Won a conference title in the event during the indoor campaign...Named first team all-conference during the indoor season...Won a conference title in the 400-meter dash during the outdoor season...Earned first team all-conference honors in the outdoor campaign.

2019-20 - Earned All-American honors during the indoor season in the 400-meter dash...Was voted the G-MAC Indoor Track Athlete of the Year...Tabbed the G-MAC Indoor Track Athlete of the Meet...Won three indoor conference titles in the 200-meter, 400-meter, and 4x400-meter relay...Voted first team all-conference.

2018-19 - Earned All-American honors during the indoor season in the 400-meter dash...Was voted the G-MAC Indoor Track Athlete of the Year...Tabbed the G-MAC Indoor Track Freshman of the Year...Won a conference title in the 400-meter dash during the indoor and outdoor season...Was named first team all-conference in both the indoor and outdoor campaigns.
